Under peak concrete placement stresses, shoring props are subjected to substantial axial compressive loads. Rather than supplying cheap, thin-walled generic residential 'jack posts', Slabform strictly stocks European Standard (EN 1065) certified telescopic steel and heavy-wall aluminum props. Our products feature hot-dip galvanized coating, a fast-adjusting self-cleaning screw thread, and a safety pin design that prevents hand pinch injuries during collapse.

Safety Features Every Prop Inspector Looks For

All Slabform props incorporate critical safety margins to protect workers and maintain site productivity. These include an integrated safety zone that prevents the inner tube from sliding entirely out of the outer sleeve, stopping heavy metal columns from falling. Additionally, a built-in 10cm hand-clearance space prevents crushing risks when the inner tube drops during dismantling.

High-Rise Aluminum Shoring Towers

For tall story heights exceeding 5.5 meters (such as high-ceiling hotel lobbies or performance spaces), our heavy-duty Alu-Props can be fitted with structural ledger frames. This transforms individual post shores into a high-capacity, space-braced shoring tower, ensuring complete horizontal stiffness against wind and concrete discharge forces.
